Job Description:
As a Customer Engagement Specialist at Heather Clothing, you will be the frontline ambassador of our brand, interacting with customers across various online platforms. We are seeking individuals who are not only enthusiastic about delivering outstanding customer service but also share a genuine interest in the world of fashion.



Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via Facebook, Instagram, Viber, Shopee, TikTok, and email.
  • Provide accurate information about our products, services, and promotions.
  • Assist customers in navigating our online platform and making informed purchasing decisions.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns and issues in a timely and empathetic manner.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless and positive customer journey

Qualifications:

  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using social media platforms and email.
  • A passion for fashion and an understanding of current trends.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus.

Work Arrangement: The position offers the possibility of a work-from-home setup, but this aspect will be discussed during the interview process.
